Terms and Conditions

Deposits for any of our portrait sessions/ weddings or other events are required to secure the date and time for you and, as such, are non refundable.

Should you wish to cancel your booking, for whatever reason, and we are able to rebook another client for your date and time, we will refund your deposit.

Images from your photoshoot are shown to you in an online viewing gallery - you will be given the link to your gallery and the password.  The images in these galleries are generally not fully edited and we ask that you do not share on social media.  

We aim to  process and complete orders, placed in the first two weeks of the online gallery being available, within two weeks.  For orders placed after this timescale, we are unable to guarantee this,  but will always strive to complete orders as soon as possible.  

There are often peak times for orders, requiring editing, and therefore we endeavour to process orders as soon as possible giving priority for orders that are made within the two week ordering period.

Wedding and Event photography images are edited within the timescale of six to eight weeks. Often the images will be available before this time, and generally four to six weeks, is the average time taken.  

Should there be any delay to this timescale, due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible.

We have enhanced dbs certificates and have a qualified first aider.  Should you have any medical conditions that may be affected by the use of flash photography, please inform us prior to any photoshoot.

For children having Smash and Splash sessions, please inform us of any food intolerances and/or skin allergies prior to the session.

GCH Photography, uses an externally hosted third party, to manage any contact details, supplied by you.

Contact details that you supply to us, are not released by us, or our data processor, to any other person or company.
